I stayed vegan for 3 years. It seemed very easy at first; I was incredibly motivated and eager to continue. I learned a bunch of new recipes, and I really enjoyed it. However, after a while, I began to have difficulty keeping up and switched to a vegetarian diet. Despite this, I still find vegan food delicious and enjoy eating it most of the time. I never use standard milk, I consume a plenty of peanut butter and nuts. The main reason I had difficulty staying vegan was giving up eggs, cheese, and yogurt. It was hard for me to part with those.

Hello, Luke! I'd love to travel to París and watch the show. But I live in Argentina! Anyway, I enjoy your podcasts and your wonderful voice and pronunciation.❤ The video is of very good quality, too. There are lovely buildings in Paris. I have seen that beautiful city in quite a few films. My favourite sights are the glass pyramid in front of the Louvre, the Arch du Triomph ( sorry about the spelling😢), the Eiffel Tower, the cafés, the bridge with padlocks, etc. As regards my healthy habits, I have given up fried foods, potatoes, pop sodas/fizzy drinks, pizza, hamburgers, but I usually crave for something sweet like tiramisu, brownies, dried fruit puddings, apple tarts/ pies and so on 😮. I think that nature and nurture have to do with our body fat. I put on 15 kg during COVID confinement. I'm not GOOD at regulating my screen time. Thank you for your kind great work. 🎉
